A London Leader 2010
I've been appointed a London Leader for 2010 by the London Sustainable Development Commission, the sustainability advisers to the London Mayor. It's a voluntary position and the project I've devised for us to champion is PIMP YOUR PAVEMENT. This is a rallying cry to get people (specifically Londonders) gardening in their street and an experiment to see if a bit of 'top down' support can help change the local authorities view of guerrilla gardening to vocal encouragement.
