Mint Tornado at Edinburgh Fringe
I have designed and planted a mint tornado for Havana Club at George Square Gardens at the Edinburgh Fringe. It's a towering muddle of bric-a-brac from which mint sprouts, it glows at night and it's fragrant all day long. Most of the furniture is salvaged from our pop up mint garden project last year, but the splendid swivel chair was my father's and I remember spinning around on that as high speed as a tot. Long time colloborator Andy Beauchamp built the structure. We hope the tornado will inspire people to grow mint, and of course make a mojito too. Read more about it here on STV's website.
